How to Delete Chegg Account | Cancel Chegg Subscription

Chegg is an American education technology company based in Santa Clara, California, and provides digital and physical textbook rentals, online tutoring, and other student services. There are two ways to delete chegg account from chegg website which is given below:-

Visit https://chegg.com/tutors/support/%E2%80%9D and once you go through the link your will redirected to the support center page.

Once you find the support page, click on the support page. Under the Support page, click on the Submit a Request” button. You can find this option top right side.

Now scroll down to the email section and fill out the form. Enter your name, email address, choose an account type and the reason for removing your Chegg account and then click on the button Send Email.

Open your registered email account and compose a new email. Enter the following email address [email protected]. Enter the subject “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT.” Now you just need to write an email to delete your account and click send.

That’s it, you’re done. You will receive an email notification that your subscription has ended but you will have access to the services until the end of your current billing period.

If you have subscribed to Chegg via iTunes, this is how you can cancel Chegg subscription.

Log in to your Apple ID, either via the iTunes app or the app settings from your iPhone or iPad. Under Settings, click Manage Subscription. 1. Go to Chegg subscription, and then tap on “Cancel Subscription.” Click on Save or Done.

Access your Google Play account either via your Android’s settings or at play.google.com. Within your Settings, click Subscription and select the Chegg app. Click Cancel.

Make sure that you delete or cancel the subscription via the platform you used to subscribe to. If you subscribed via iTunes or Google Play, that’s how you’ll manage your subscription.

Once you’ve deleted your subscription, you will not be charged for the subscription after the completion of the current billing period or future subscriptions.  You will still have access to Chegg Study Pack for the remainder of your current billing period.
