How to Delete Zoosk Account | Cancel Zoosk Subscription | Waredot

Zoosk is a popular dating site to find your partner. If you were lucky and you managed to find a partner, you won’t need the account anymore. Zoosk makes it a little difficult to delete your account, and you can only deactivate it from the site. Once you’ve deactivated your account, you will need to delete Zoosk’s access to your Facebook profile, and then contact Zoosk to permanently delete your account. Too messy! 1.Visit zoosk.com on your web browser and log into your account. Now access your Zoosk profile, and then edit your Zoosk account settings. Click on the profile picture in the top-right corner of the main screen on Zoosk. A drop-down menu will appear, in which you should click Account Settings.

2. Find the “Account Status” in the Account section on the left-hand side. Click the Edit link next to the “Active” message. Click the “Deactivate” link that appears. You will be taken to a page asking you to stay with Zoosk. Hit the “Deactivate Zoosk” button to deactivate the account.

3. Now you’ll be asked to provide a reason for why you want to deactivate your account. You can choose your reason from the drop-down menu. If you couldn’t find your reason here, you can leave blank it.

Note: As we also mentioned you cannot delete your account properly from the website, you can only deactivate your account through the above step. Further, you need to contact Zoosk to delete your Zoosk account permanently.

Unfortunately, the deactivation process won’t make Zoosk disappear from Facebook. It is DIY activity. To remove Zoosk from your Facebook profile, you need to revoke Zoosk’s permission. First of all, you need to log into your Facebook account, then navigate to the upper-right corner of the screen and tap the downwards on the arrow. Doing so will open a menu, select Settings from the drop-down menu. On the Setting screen, you’ll find a list of options on the left-hand side. Navigate to Apps and website and follow the link.

You can see all apps that you’ve connected to your Facebook account. Hover over the Zoosk entry, and choose X to remove it from your Facebook account.

Before proceeding with this step, make sure you have deactivated your account and it doesn’t appear on your Facebook account.

To contact Zoosk, visit zoosk.com and select Contact Us. From here, contact the Zoosk customer support and ask them to delete your account. Altogether, they will process your request in a few days, and you’ll get a notification about it or you ask them when it will be done.

If you want to cancel your subscription by turning off the automatic renewal, go to your Account Settings and select Subscription. Click Cancel zoosk Subscription.

1. Open your web browser and visit zoosk.com,  and log in to your account, if you are not already logged in. Once you are in, click on the cogwheel icon in the top left corner of the page, near your name.

2. From here, select the Cancel zoosk Subscription on the bottom part of the page. Click on Unsubscribe and select a cancellation reason.

3. Now, bear in mind that to confirm your cancellation after choosing the reason; if your subscription was successfully canceled, a confirmation screen appears with the end date of your subscription.

Note: If you want to get a refund from Zoosk, you can drop a mail to Zoosk for the refund at [email protected]. In the mail, make sure to state that you are canceling your subscription and that you are entitled to a refund. Mention your details also such as login id, the email address associated with your account.

Note: If you purchased a subscription through any third party apps, such as iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, then the subscription must be canceled in accordance with that third party’s terms and conditions.

In case you’ve deactivated your account and you want to reactivate your zoosk account, you can reactivate your account by logging to your account using your email address and password. (Also note that you will not be entitled to any subscription or other benefits you had prior to deactivation.)

Open your device’s web browser, go to Zoosk.com, and log in to your Zoosk account. Select the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen.

Tap on your profile photo and Zoosk display name, doing so will take you to your profile. Tap on the profile photo, and you will be redirected to the photos screen where you can upload or take a photo, delete the photo.
