Press and hold the side button until three slider options appears, Power Off, Medical ID, and Emergency SOS.

- Click on the Watch screen or press the Digital Crown.
- Turn the Digital Crown in an upward direction and watch the display gradually glow to life. The user guide notes that this option is available on Apple Watch Series 2 and later models.
